I am working at Actíva in Sweden, a foundation with the aim to support men and women with disabilities on their way to find a job, using Supported Employment as method. As a tool to strengthen youth and raise their self-esteem, we offer work practice abroad. One host organisation is Italymobility.com, where Palle was employed, coordinating/tutoring our Swedish youth on internship in Pistoia, Tuscany, for one month. Palle gave support to and encouraged the participants, so they could cope with all the new things they experienced, both at the workplaces and their leisure time. He was highly appreciated by both the young men and women as well as by the Actíva staff!
